DIVISION 2 of the Gaelic football League looks sure to live up to its reputation for being the toughest of the four to predict.
Last year’s decider proved to be a preview of the Ulster Championship final as Donegal pipped Armagh.


There will of course be extra intrigue across all four divisions this year on foot of 2025’s new rules.
They were drawn up by the GAA’s Football Review Committee which was headed by five-a-row All-Ireland winning manager Jim Gavin.
Here’s everything you need to know about the layout of the 2025 Division Two fixture list:
Round 1:
- Cork 2-19; Meath 0-21
- Cavan 0-20; Monaghan 2-22
- Roscommon 3-21; Down 1-20
- Westmeath 0-18; 1-17 Louth
Round 2:
- Down 1-19; Cork 2-15
- Louth 1-15; Roscommon 1-17
- Meath 3-21; Cavan 0-20
- Monaghan 2-29; Westmeath 2-21
Round 3:
- Cork 3-18; Westmeath 3-17
- Down 1-18; Meath 0-24
- Roscommon 0-25; Monaghan 2-14
- Cavan 3-15; Louth 0-18
Round 4:
- Monaghan 3-16; Cork 1-15
- Westmeath 0-21; Cavan 1-22
- Louth 2-17; Down 0-22
- Meath 2-18; Roscommon 0-17
